Roland H. Garcia

Chairman of the Board and President

Mr. Garcia, Filipino, born on March 22, 1952, is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, and the President of Trans-Phil Builders Corporation. Mr. Garcia was one of the first employees of Trans-Phil. He joined the Company as Administrative Officer in 1973 and held various positions from then on. He obtained his degree of Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of the Philippines.

Mr. Garcia is a member of Alabang Golf and Country Club.
John Baron A. Garcia

Director and Vice-President - Operations and Sales

Mr. Garcia, Filipino, born on March 31, 1976, is the Vice-President for Operations and Sales of Trans-Phil Builders Corporation. He joined the Company last August 1, 2009. He graduated from D.L.S.U. College of St. Benilde with a Degree of Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management.

Mr. Garcia is a member of Orchard golf and Country Club.
Ramon C. Garcia III

Director and Corporate Secretary, Manager – Finance & Government Relation

Mr. Garcia, Filipino, born on April 27, 1986, is the Corporate Secretary and Manager for Finance and Government Relations of Trans-Phil Builders Corporation. He joined the Company last August 10, 2009. He earned the degree BS Management Major in Communications Technology from Ateneo de Manila University. He worked as an Assistant Manager in Master Sports-Mizuno before he joined Trans-Phil.

Reynaldo G. Nazareno

Director

Mr. Nazareno, Filipino, born on March 30, 1935, is a Director of Trans-Phil Builders Corporation. He is a former Vice-President of Trans-Phil Marine Enterprises, Inc. from where he worked from 1977 to 2002. He is also a former Vice-President of Luzon Stevedoring Corporation where he served from 1962 to 1976. Mr. Nazareno holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Management from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology.

Mr. Nazareno also has been part of the Philippine Navy since 1956 where he has earned his current rank as Captain, Reserve.

Rosene A. Salazar

Assistant Vice-President - Accounting and Office Administration

Ms. Salazar, Filipino, born on March 3, 1955, joined Trans-Phil Group in 1980. She earned a Degree of Bachelor of Science major in Accountancy in University of Iloilo. Currently, she is the Assistant Vice-President for Treasury, Accounting and Office Administration of Trans-Phil Builders Corporation.
Marita A. Alva

Assistant Vice-President, Manager - Real Estate

Ms. Alva, Filipino, born on July 15, 1960, has been with Trans-Phil since 1981. She joined Trans-Phil Builders Family on April 2002 and is currently the Assistant Vice-President, Manager-Real Estate. She had her education at Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Manila, with a degree of Bachelor of Cooperatives Administration.
Celedonio V. Lomboy

Senior Project Supervisor

Mr. Lomboy, Filipino, born on January 8, 1965, is a Project Supervisor of Trans-Phil Builders Corporation since September 2000. He received his degree of Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Technological Institute of the Philippines.

Rey T. Baccay

Architect Baccay, Filipino, born on December 17, 1977, is a Project Supervisor of Trans-Phil Builders Corporation who joined the company on the second half of Year 2005. He attained his degree of Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Technological Institute of the Philippines. He is a licensed Architect.
