CECILIO M. HIDALGO, SR.
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Hidalgo, Sr., Filipino, age 79, founded the first Trans-Phil company more than 30 years ago in 1973. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of all Trans-Phil companies, namely, Trans-Phil Builders Corporation (TBC), Manila Credit Corporation (MCC) and Trans-Phil Management Corporation (TMC). He was Vice-President for Tanker and Petroleum Division of Luzon Stevedoring Corp. from 1964 to 1975. From 1953 to 1964 he worked for Caltex Phils., Inc. where he held various positions in the Batangas Petroleum Refinery. Mr. Hidalgo graduated from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, N.Y., U.S.A. in 1950 with a degree of B. S. in Marine Engineering.
Mr. Hidalgo also joined the Philippine Navy in 1950 as a commissioned Ensign and is currently an Inactive Reservist.
Mr. Hidalgo is a member of Manila Golf and Country Club, Manila Polo Club, Alabang Golf and Country Club, Baguio Country Club, and Metropolitan Club.
ROLAND H. GARCIA
Director, President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Garcia, Filipino, age 54, is Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of all Trans-Phil companies, namely, Trans-Phil Builders Corporation (TBC), Manila Credit Corporation (MCC), and Trans-Phil Management Corporation (TMC). Mr. Garcia was one of the first employees of Trans-Phil. He joined the Company as Administrative Officer in 1973 and held various positions from then on. He obtained his degree of Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of the Philippines.
Mr. Garcia is a member of Alabang Golf and Country Club, and Orchard Golf and Country Club.
REYNALDO G. NAZARENO
Director
Mr. Nazareno, Filipino, age 71, is a Director of all Trans-Phil companies. He is a former Vice-President of Trans-Phil Marine Enterprises, Inc. from where he worked from 1977 to 2002. He is also a former Vice-President of Luzon Stevedoring Corp. where he served from 1962 to 1976. Mr. Nazareno holds a Masters degree in Industrial Management from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Bachelor of Science major in Mechanical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology.
Mr. Nazareno has also been part of the Philippine Navy since 1956 from which he has earned his current rank as Captain, Reserve.
ALEX B. DALMACION
Director, Vice-President, Chief Engineer
Engr. Dalmacion, Filipino, age 45, is Director and Chief Engineer of Trans-Phil Builders Corporation in charge of all construction projects of the company. He joined Trans-Phil family as Project Supervisor in 1989. He is a graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed Civil Engineer.
LEONARDO D. GAMBOA
Director
Mr. Gamboa, Filipino, age 48, joined Trans-Phil Management Corporation in 1989 and was recently transferred to Manila Credit Corporation (MCC) as its Assistant Vice-President for Accounting, Treasury and Office Administration.
He is a graduate of the Far Eastern University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting. Past job affiliations include Trans-Phil Management Corp., Insular Lumber Co. (Phils.), Inc. and Char-Phil Marketing, Inc.
MARLON B. MERCADO
Assistant Vice-President for Legal Affairs
Atty. Marlon B. Mercado, Filipino, age 29, joined Trans-Phil Family this January 2004. He is currently Assistant
Vice-President for Legal Affairs. He passed the Bar in 2001, thesame year he earned his degree of Bachelor of Law from San Beda College. He also has a degree of B.S. Commerce Major in Legal Management from De La Salle University.
TOMAS E. CALPITO
Corporate Secretary, Senior Manager - Finance & Goverment Relations
Mr. Calpito, Filipino, age 59, joined the company as an Accountant in 1981 and is currently Sr. Manager - Finance and Government Relations of Trans-Phil Group, and Corporate Secretary of both Trans-Phil Builders Corporation and Trans-Phil Management Corporation He earned a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Louis University.

Ms. Alva, Filipino, age 45, has been with Trans-Phil since 1981. She joined Trans-Phil Builders family on April
2002 and is currently Manager – Real Estate. She also serves as Building Administrator. She had her education at
Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Manila, Bachelor of Cooperatives Administration.

Architect Baccay, Filipino, age 28, is Project Supervisor of Trans-Phil Builders Corporation who joined the Company on the second half of year 2005. He attained his degree of Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP, Manila).
He is a licensed Architect.
