Tagaytay Vacation House 2 (Lot C) is discerningly fully-furnished, in “Filipino-Country Style” architecture, has two separate buildings: the Main House with a floor area of 210 sq.m. and the Jacuzzi Pavilion with a floor area of 55 sq. m. totals 265 sq. m. combined Floor Area ensconced on a total Lot Area of 650 square meters.
The Main House features 2 levels. The Lower level has 2 bedrooms, a T&B, and a small kitchen; the Main level features 2 more bedrooms (1 bedroom has its own T&B), another T&B, Living, Dining, Kitchen areas and 3 different Lanais (1 in front and 2 on both sides). All interiors are fully air-conditioned. All bedrooms are provided with Built-in Dresser & Closet. For added comfort, wood doors & windows are all screened. Main ceilings and furniture accents are made of ‘’Bical’’ bamboo, treated w/ wood preservative. All 3 lanais, the bedrooms, T&Bs and the kitchen are tastefully adorned with antique solid wood panels called bandeja.
The 2nd building is the elevated Jacuzzi Pavilion with corner type Jacuzzi good for 2 persons enhanced with shower and massage areas.
Parking area provides for 7 to 8 cars.
Deep well 200 feet deep with Kato Jack pump, U.S. Motor 1 ½ HP, and 82 gals. stainless steel Pressure Tank in Bamboo-cladded pump house provides for continuous supply of water.
Beautifully landscaped open spaces with vast green surroundings and perimeter fence with lights complete a vacation house with relaxed and peaceful atmosphere to be had.
