Nakar Townhomes IVNakar Townhomes IV  is nearing completion (about 85% completed).  One unit  to serve as model  unit  is being hastened up and  completion  is   3rd  week of September, 2007  earlier  than the rest.    The other  3 units  will all be completed in October, 2007.   Nakar  Townhomes IV  is the latest addition  to  the growing number of townhouses Trans-Phil  has  built  in   San Andres,  Manila area.  The area  is  very accessible to  Ayala Avenue via Kamagong Street, Makati  City, thus  lucky  owners  would  have  shorter   travel  time  to Makati’s  business and commercial  centers.  Manila is  not  far away  though   which should  be easily accessible  via  Pres. Quirino Highway  or  Pablo Ocampo  Street.   Only   a  small  difference  in  size  and price  distinguish  two  sets  of  units .  The two end  units  both  have 153 sqm. at  a price of P4.175 Million  each  and  the  two  inner  units  have 149 sqm. floor area at a  reasonable price of  P4.060 Million each.

Meanwhile homebuyers and  investors  looking for  a  place  in  Makati  City  should  take  a peep  at  the  two  latest  sites  of  Trans-Phil’s  newest  townhouse projects  while  still in its construction  stage.    First   is  Filmore Townmhomes  located  at  5051 Filmore Street,  Makati City,  where  groundbreaking  was  recently held.  As of this writing  the project is   already moving as scheduled   to  realize  the targeted completion  date   on  March,  2008.    Filmore Townhomes  will  contain 11 units  of  varied sizes  with floor  area  ranging  from  119 sqm.  to  172 sqm.  at  price  range  of  P4.500 Million   to  P7.400 Million.  At  this  early,   more and more  investors  are  getting  wind of the project   who all have  positive  feedback   of  owning  a unit.  At the same  time,  Trans-Phil   is now  preparing  for  the  next  launch   of another  Makati  City  townhouse  project .    This time   the  site  is  at  the  eastern part  of  Makati,  very  near  the  Makati City Hall  and  Guadalupe  area  which  will be known  as  E.Zobel  Townhomes.   Strategically  located,  this townhouse   will feature only  3 units  of   sizeable  living  space between  180 sqm. to 200 sqm.  and price  range  from  P7.200 Million  to  P7.500 Million.

Consuelo TownhomesAt this writing  Consuelo Townhomes located  at  1214 Consuelo Street,  Malate,  Manila  is  now 100% completed.  Unit  1  having the bigger area of  229 sqm.  is sold  and  Unit  2   with typical floor area of  149 sqm  is now reserved.  Recently  Trans-Phil  has just  signed  and sealed  the contract  to  facilitate  its next  townhouse  project  near Dela Salle  University and St. Scholastica’s College, Manila.  The place is  Kapitan Ticong Street, only about  20 meters away from Leon Guinto and Estrada  Street,  Malate.  The  project will  feature  12 units.  Investors  will find  the  serene  location   enticing.    Looking   for a   place  one  may call  “home”   at  this vicinity,  one   should explore   this  next project.

Three other projects,  namely   Finlandia  TownhomesKamagong Townhomes  and  Luna Mencias Townhomes  are  all  sold out.   While  Trans-Phil  has already  two projects  lined up in Makati City   described  above,   the company  is still  looking for its  next  project  in  Mandaluyong  City  and/or  San Juan areas.
